SCB Research Group

The Sensory and Consumer Behaviour (SCB) is a research group run by Andika Wicaksono Putro at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, UGM.

Our group focus on exploring sensometric approaches and consumer interaction with food and beverage products. We implement quantitative descriptive analysis, rapid sensory analysis, sensory method validation, and behaviour modelling to find meaningful human relationships with food.

Please join our group if you are a 7th semester undergraduate student, a postgraduate student, or a PhD student who is interested in food science, sensory analysis, and is curious about consumer behaviour!
